I built SHINE because I kept meeting extraordinary women who were leading from a place of exhaustion,
obligation and quiet invisibility. Women who were talented, experienced and deeply purposeful – but
somewhere along the way, they had disconnected from their own light.
They didn't need more tactics. They didn't need a rebrand or another certification. They needed a space to remember.
Remember who they were before the expectations piled on. Remember the wisdom they had been
discounting. Remember that the leadership they were searching for was already inside them – it just
needed the right environment to emerge.
That is what SHINE is. Not a course. Not a membership. A coming home.
